When another application quits, The Tilery will often come to the front because it’s the next application in line. This isn’t always what you want. The Deference feature lets you choose a different behavior:

• Don’t Defer  If The Tilery comes to the front, it simply stays there. (This is the standard behavior.)

• Defer to Next App  The next application behind The Tilery will come forward, as if The Tilery were not there.

• Defer to Finder  The Finder is always brought forward.
